In 2012, Davison Automation was hired by the UBC Dairy Education and Research Centre to lead the installation of new video and audio conferencing systems at the facility.
The existing system that the client had installed was not cohesively designed, making it especially difficult for the staff to use correctly.
The project process included:
The installation of all necessary new video and audio equipment.
The installation of a new video conferencing coded, audio mixer, and power bar.
The installation of cameras, microphones, and speakers.
As a result of this installation, the UBC Dairy Education and Research Centre gained new audio and video conferencing capabilities throughout the facility that could be easily utilized by staff for all necessary research activities.
