Project Examples

Roxy Burger

In 2009, Davison Automation was hired by Roxy Burger to replace its television and projector system and upgrade the existing sound system to a HD format. The project also included the installation of custom rolling racks to better contain the new equipment.

The end result was a modern HD environment that was more interactive and more efficient for the client, allowing for easier use and a shorter learning curve for training staff.

UBC Dairy

In 2012, Davison Automation was hired by the UBC Dairy Education and Research Centre to lead the installation of new video and audio conferencing systems at the facility.

The existing system that the client had installed was not cohesively designed, making it especially difficult for the staff to use correctly.

The project process included:

  • The installation of all necessary new video and audio equipment.
  • The installation of a new video conferencing coded, audio mixer, and power bar.
  • The installation of cameras, microphones, and speakers.

As a result of this installation, the UBC Dairy Education and Research Centre gained new audio and video conferencing capabilities throughout the facility that could be easily utilized by staff for all necessary research activities.

Kondi Fitness

In 2011, Davison Automation was hired by Kondi Fitness to replace the wireless microphone system at their fitness studio.

The existing system was not working correctly, which caused disruptions and inconvenience for the client and their customers.

Davison Automation replaced the wireless microphones and added two new systems into separate zones, allowing Kondi Fitness to use their space more efficiently with better results.
